Please note: The July – September 2014 datasets were first uploaded on Thursday 4 December. Following the publication of these datasets an error was identified in the source data that is used to create the GP prescribing datasets, and it was necessary to take down the July and August datasets and amend these accordingly. The correct versions were uploaded again on Tuesday 16 December and any downloads of the July and August datasets prior to this date should be discarded and replaced with the new versions.
